  • Our team is seeking a Fundraising Officer to come on board and lead our efforts in obtaining the necessary funds to keep our organization running.



Job Context

  • Ultimately, you will join forces with our leadership team to understand our financial requirements and ensure we get the necessary funds.

Job Responsibilities

  • The Fundraising Officer is responsible for researching grant options, making convincing grant requests to acquire funding, and collaborating with our leadership group to make sure there is enough money each year.
  • • Assist with the execution of the project development strategy
  • • Identify grant funding opportunities
  • • Write, submit and manage grant proposals
  • • Furnish prospective funders with supporting documents
  • • Collaborate with Executive Director and Director of Development to send benefactors newsletters and to promote on-site tours
  • • Collaborate with Executive Director to compile an annual report

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Masters degree in creative writing (English) or related field
  • University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University,Asian University for Women students will get preference
  • Training/Trade Course: Great with MS Office Word and Excel
  • Skills Required: Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Financial Reporting, Project proposal writing, Report Writing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Budget Development, Computer skill, Excellent English communication skills, Financial analysis and reporting, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Professional proficiency in English, Proven work experience as a Grant Writer or similar role Proficien, Report Writing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
