Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain employees Fleet management, Tour management, Hotel Management travel (Control, allocation, and maintenance of official vehicle for all department).
  • Maintain employees and guest food management.
  • Communicate with vendors to rectify any issues in a timely manner and maintain a log for all office related incidents or repairs needed.
  • Overseeing the expatriate management (BIDA & Others Govt. Org)
  • Issuing ID Card, Visiting Card on time with the alignment of procurement.
  • Issuing SIM Card & Telecom Vendor management
  • Arranging all sorts of employee Gifts on an occasion basis
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendor, vendor enlistment and keep price data to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
  • Preparation / Issue office note, office order & circular and NOC for employees for Visa-passport related activities
  • Supporting overall office operations and coordinating with HQ HR & Administration team.
  • Daily inspection of the office facilities and meeting rooms to ensure that all the equipment is in good working condition.
  • Monitoring supervisors and cleaners’ activities day to day.
  • Supervise Office Assistance of the office to ensure proper support service.
  • Improve Employees/workers and management relationship and ensuring comfortable environment at workplace.
  • Incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize assignments with dynamic multitasking ability.
  • Ensuring guest hospitality
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Avro, BIJOY, Good at bangla typing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Office Administration, Office Management, Rental and Logistics, Staff Management, Vendor management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG)
