Job Context

  • 2 positions available – 1 for Instrument & 1 for Chemical Division
  • The appointed individual will drive sales growth, secure market share, and meet targets within their designated territory.
  • Location: Dhaka but needs to visit other districts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Augment sales volumes and strive to surpass sales goals.
  • Leverage customer insights, consumer trends, market research, and marketing best practices to formulate effective strategies.
  • Prospect and secure new customers to bolster the company’s sales.
  • Identify and respond to customer needs, presenting suitable cleaning and hygiene products and support services.
  • Prepare monthly target achievement reports based on individual and team collections.
  • Directly sell the company’s products or services to end users.
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure product stock is always available for sales and demonstrations.
  • Successfully negotiate and finalize deals, addressing any complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize results.
  • Collect and share feedback from customers or prospects with internal teams.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly individual and team sales targets.

Educational Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, EEE, Pharmacy or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)


Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the chemical or QC instruments trading field (flexibility for exceptional candidates).
  • Previous exposure in Pharma Industries, Analytical instruments, lab technology, Accessories, Chemicals, Primary and Secondary Standards, Consumables, Instruments, and Software.
  • Experience dealing with the Pharma, food, Cement, Steel or Hospital is desirable.
  • Capable of working autonomously and under pressure, while achieving sales targets and maintaining regular client follow-ups.
  • Possesses managerial acumen, critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, strategic planning, and other pertinent business skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in creating marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in management prioritization.
