Job Context

    We are looking for interested candidates as an Executive – Internal Audit Department for Unique Group. Who has initiative, experience in following sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenges to deliver high quality results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess effectiveness of compliance with the company’s code of ethics.
  • Manage activities within the fieldwork.
  • Conduct pre-audit activities of all concern of the company
  • Conduct post audit as per audit calendar.
  • Conduct regular surprise audit, investigation, operational audit, process audit, physical inventory counting, etc.
  • Prepare different audit reports with accuracy and match with audit objectives for the use of the top management
  • Local procurement audit, price verification and justification.
  • Checking of inter-company transaction register/ledger.
  • A regular field visit and prepare reports on findings.
  • Check all kinds of purchase requisition with bills and vouchers
  • Inquiry & Investigation for management reporting.
  • Monitor & check over the inventory management.
  • Checking of books of records such as cashbook, Party/ subsidiary ledgers, store register etc.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
  • CA-CC from any reputed audit firm (400 – 700 mark completed) will get preference.
  • Skills Required: Excellent analytical skills, report writing presentation skills.
