Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and follow-up on company policies, procedures, SOP’s and manuals
  • Carry out a proper manpower plan to ensure smooth, consistent, and effective manpower support for the company
  • Analyze business trends and set proper job specifications in line with business objectives
  • Ensure the right recruitment for the company using different tools
  • Prepare job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the total recruitment process.
  • Interview job applicants, review application/resume, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications. If selected, complete joining process including necessary documentation.
  • Ensure Oracle ID creation and input employee information in the relevant software and register book in the final joining process.
  • Ensure smooth processing of various letters like the offer letter, appointment letter, transfer letter, and promotion letter
  • Follow up and ensure employee job confirmation, promotion, transfer and performance related Management including issuing letters.
  • Maintain Leaves and Attendance Management
  • Handle all Exit procedure including full and final settlement.
  • Administer and explain benefits to employees including assist in PF and Gratuity Management.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external training programs for both new and existing employees
  • Ensure compliance for ISO audit
  • Carry out all disciplinary issues for the entire company
  • Ensure bank-related tasks which are relevant to HR activities
  • Assist in yearly assessment for increment and support the whole process according to the guideline
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • Active participation in developing data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
  • Perform any other job assigned by the Supervisor/ Management

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • BBA or MBA in HRM from any reputed university
  • PGDHRM would be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    HR and Administration
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Pharmaceuticals

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 28 years
  • Efficient in English Grammar
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Expert in report writing and email communication
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, committed, and multitasker
  • Analytical knowledge
