Job Context

    As an Executive in our Customer Support / Call Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. You will be dedicated to customer support representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction and Answering Inquiries.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance and Upselling or Cross-Selling.
  • Product Knowledge and adherence to scripts.
  • • Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer support processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs for new hires.
  • Team Collaboration and Continued Learning.
  • Meeting Attendance and Punctuality

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HSC. (Minimum)

Experience Requirements

  • At most 1 year(s)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
