Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control admin issues related to transportation, safety & security, canteen, staff activities, and discipline of the company.
  • Provide logistic support on venue for official meeting/seminar/workshop.
  • Ensure Operations and maintenance of pool cars and preparing duty schedule/roaster for drivers to meet requirements of various departments.
  • Maintain liaison with local police station and other government agencies and officials.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all factory related licenses (Trade License, Premises License etc.)
  • Ensure transportation support (pick up & drop) for foreign delegates guests.
  • Ensure on time schedule maintenance and overhauling of pool car and other vehicles.
  • Ensure round the clock emergency medical (ambulance and driver) support.
  • Event Management.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: General Administration, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Proficient in Microsoft Office
