Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Management:
  • Create long term and short-term Engineering & Architectural strategies to steer the construction operations in the right direction.
  • Align with the RHEL management and ensure the organizational goals are aligned with their business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the RHEL management as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
  • Be the decisive leader in creating a strong organization with a great performance culture.
  • Establishing and developing a professional relationship with contractors & government regulatory authorities.
  • Review and devise long-term sustainable plans.
  • Align internal stakeholders and ensure the highest level of collaboration amongst particular teams.
  • Create an environment of transparency with Pay per performance.
  • Operational:
  • Responsible to develop and control for operational area like Construction, P&D, Estimate, Estate, Contracting, Construction Coordination, ICCD, PMC, SCM, Customer Service, MEP/EME & Utility.
  • Develop the SOP’s and Policies for respective operational area.
  • Ensure effective planning mechanism and development of a successful plan for the project management and safety security of the project.
  • Evaluate company’s Engineering & Architectural structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies with quality Construction.
  • Ensure accurate and credible analysis of engineering finance, budgets, reports and operational procedures in order to assist the RHEL management.
  • Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve overall effectiveness of the organization.
  • Efficient contractor management.
  • Ensure on time handover of project.
  • Closely work with CEO to develop a construction projection and reporting mechanism.
  • Ensure optimum usage of building materials and reduce wastage.
  • Develop/implement adequate systems and processes to ensure efficiency and fairness in the system.
  • Project management automation.
  • Governance & Compliance:
  • Ensure the business is carried out in a fair and ethical manner.
  • Review the PMC reports and ensure zero Technical & Non-Technical non-Compliance.
  • Maintain relationship with government regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all the functions of the organization.
  • Review legal litigations and work with the legal team for effective closure.
  • Team:
  • Mentor and interact with Engineering, Architectural, and Inventory, Audit team members at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.
  • Train and coach all collaborators and develop successors and proactively manage attrition risks at all times.
  • Effectively manage top talents.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Graduation from any Public/Renowned University will get preference.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Business Development, Business Growth, Creative Thinking and Multitasking, gap analysis and corrective plan, Operation, People Management, Planning and organizing, Revenue Generation, Team management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 5 (Five) years’ experiences in similar position and at least 15 years’ of relevant experience is required.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing revenue operations team.
  • A high level of business awareness and acumen.
  • Understanding the intricacies of financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Strong crisis/conflict medication skills.
