Job Context

    As a Business Development Executive at Talent Centric Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm`s growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding our client base. You will leverage your expertise in business development and HR solutions to contribute to the success of our clients and our firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and research potential client companies in target industries and markets
  • Prospect for new business through cold calls, emails, networking events, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their unique HR needs and organizational goals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client companies, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Proposal Development:
  • Collaborate with our HR consulting team to create tailored proposals and HR service offerings
  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that align with client requirements
  • Sales and Negotiation:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements in consultation with senior management
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about HR industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities
  • Utilize market insights to identify opportunities and adapt our HR offerings accordingly
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional HR services
  • Foster long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients
  • Networking:
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to expand the firm’s network
  • Build relationships with HR professionals, business leaders, and potential collaborators
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in our CRM system
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience Requirements

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
