Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Board of Trustees, stakeholders, and relevant authorities. Communicate the Trust’s achievements, challenges, and future plans effectively and transparently.
  • Manage the Trust’s financial resources, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Ensure prudent financial practices and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Serve as the VAT authority for the dedicated circle, ensuring accurate and timely submission of VAT returns.
  • Stay updated with VAT regulations and ensure compliance with the VAT laws of the assigned circle.
  • Act as the point of contact for the tax authority within the defined circle.
  • Prepare and file tax assessments and returns as per the requirements set by the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
  • Provide necessary documentation and support during the audit process.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and address any audit-related queries.
  • Communicate effectively with bank personnel to facilitate the collection and disbursement of funds.
  • Interact with any external bodies appointed by the Board, as required.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with these external entities to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure successful payment transactions for goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments and establish effective processes for timely and accurate payment processing.

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • MBA/M. Com in Accounting/Finance.
  • CA (CC), CA/ CMA partly qualified.

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Finance/ Accounts, VAT and Tax

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Candidate with working experience in NGO/Trust will get preference.
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on taxation and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations and tax assessment procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with external parties, auditors, and bank personnel.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude toward challenges.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
