Job Context

    Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) which involves in producing Stationaries and hygiene products (e.g. Tissue Products, Paper, Pen, Pencil, sharpener, Eraser, Scale). MPPML is searching for enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced individuals for its Sales & Marketing Department. This position is required frequent client visits, assistance in developing strategies to improve sales in order to achieve the targets, and will report to the functional head of corporate sales, MPPML.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent commercial connections with corporate and institutional clients.
  • Meet with new and existing corporate clients, as well as establish new business prospects.
  • Execute sales strategies to increase client base and market share, including cold calling, planned client visits, and maintaining prospect database.
  • Research and qualify potential customers, and determine their needs and level of interest in products and services.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to acquire knowledge about market trends, possible leads, and sales possibilities.
  • Develop and implement effective programs for improving sales performance in order to achieve profitability and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
  • Coordinate with different departments in order to resolve queries/ service requests or complaints of the customer.
  • Create routine sales reports, keep an eye on important trends, and use data-driven methods to guide decision-making and support strategic goals.
