Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable housing solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to corporate clients to showcase our housing offerings and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • Collaborate with the reporting Officer to develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the reporting Officer in the training, and development of sales team members.
  • Assist in setting sales targets and monitor progress towards meeting them.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare sales reports, and present them to the Housing Corporate Sales Manager.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales activities.
  • Provide input and support in the development of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and pricing strategies.

  • Intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
  • Managerial Skill: Controlling corporate sales
  • Computer Skill: Operating system-Windows-10, XP, 2016
  • Good hand in MS Office applications, E-mail and Internet operations of different software.
  • Should be dynamic, able to manage team, and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
  • Preference will be given to experienced persons working in housing or real estate companies based in Noakhali.
