Job Context

    A large Knit Composite Garment manufacturing industry is looking for AGM/DGM (Admin, HR & Compliance) who will be responsible for all Administrative and HR Operations from Corporate Office at Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with great effort & Co-operation.
  • Prepare Yearly Manpower plan & Budget.
  • Recruitment & Selection of the high profile candidates that need according to desire of the company.
  • Run the KPI-based performance management system.
  • Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals
  • Communicate with the concerns in Factory for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues.
  • Continuous follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Departments and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
  • Ensure legal & compliance issues, dismissal & compensation, disciplinary action, motivational factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling etc.
  • Ensure a healthy workplace by maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Security, Hygiene and Environment

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
  • Skills Required: Admin HR, Social Compliance

Experience Requirements

  • At least 12 year(s)

  • Having Entrepreneurial Thinking & Strategic Planning Capability.
  • Having Strong Command over both in written & verbal English.
